Melanie Moll is dean of the master's program "Intercultural Management (M.A.)" and a Professor of Intercultural Management and International Business Communication.

After studying linguistics, sociolinguistics, and anthropology she earned her doctorate from the University of South Carolina in 2000. For several years she taught at the University of South Carolina and Furman University in the United States. Further, she conducts seminars and coaching for multinational companies in Germany and Switzerland.

Prof. Moll’s research interests include intercultural interaction in business negotiations, gender studies, and the development of a post-globalized metaculture. In addition to her teaching duties, Prof. Moll is an author and public speaker. She has been part of the EuroFH since 2003.
